Starr Dawkins got some things off her chest about her rumored relationship with dancehall star Jahshii.

The Jamaican American artist was seen recently getting steamy with rising star Jahshii on social media leading to fans concluding that they are dating. However, Dawkins says that she and the artist’s chemistry is nothing more than acting for the screen and for their recent track “4Life,” which was released recently.

Last week, Starr Dawkins went viral after claiming that her ex-boyfriend Lincoln 3Dot was unknowingly her cousin, and they were sexually involved for years before they found out. She has recently been working on a music career and recently collaborated with Jahshii.

Videos and photos shared online showed the two artists gyrating and rubbing on each other, with Jahshii also grabbing her butt at one point. The artists also wore matching Dior outfits, but their convincing energy led fans to assume they were together.

In an interview on The Fix, Starr said nothing happened to Jahshii and that he was such a gentleman she planned to gift him a Rolex for her feature.

“He did charge for the feature, he did not act like we needed to have sex in order to give me the song, the video was last minute and he was so cooperative, his hair was not done and because he did not want to be late and wants us to get the shots, he said f**k it I’ll be on time for you,” Starr said as she revealed that her shoot ended at 3 am and Jahshii left to get on a flight at 5 am for a show abroad.

The Cookie Wash owner revealed that she has worked with other producers and artists whom she paid for songs that have not cleared.

“Jahshii to me is a real G. I love Jahshii. Jahshii can do no wrong. If y’all got a problem with Jahshii, y’all got a problem with me,” she added.

Starr also clarified that her song with Masicka did not work out as planned, but she said that she wasn’t dissing Masicka and that the artist had not made any sexual advances to her as she cleared up speculations raised by the show’s hosts.

In the meantime, Starr Dawkins also addressed speculations online that the Spanish town deejay performed oral on her. The artist/entrepreneur revealed that in her conversations with the “Bigger Picture” deejay, the artist said that he was not a fan or nor does he perform oral sex.

For the ladies, Starr also confirmed that deejay’s “rifle” was huge as she explained that Jahshii’s size eliminated him as a prospect in his life. Since the rumors started about Jahshii and Starr Dawkins the “Cream of the Crop” artist has not confirmed or denied the link.

Lil Uzi Vert and JT are sharing each other’s names in matching tattoos days after the couple celebrated her birthday in pomp and style.

In a post shared on Instagram, JT shared a photo of her hand and her rapper boyfriend’s hand. On Lil Uzi Vert’s hand by the thumb area is her name ‘JT’ while she has his name ‘UZI’ on her wrist at the top of the hand. She shared the photo with heart and smiling face emojis. In other posts, JT also shared a sweet photo of her hugging Lil Uzi. The video had the passionate soundtrack by Monica, “Why I Love You So Much”, playing.

Love is in the air for the two artists who were recently seen together on her 30th birthday. The “Final Fantasy” artist recently splurged on his girlfriend with a brand new Rolls-Royce Cullinan for her birthday gift. A new Rolls-Royce Cullinan cost around $350

Back in August, JT had also gifted Lil Uzi Vert a Mercedes-Benz V-Class and a BMW G 310 R Sport motorcycle for his 27th birthday.

At the time, the artist penned a sweet note about her gift.

“My girlfriend got me a maybach van and it’s fire she listen 2 all my conversations lol I was like damn why you do that she was like because I love you. I was like no you don’t she was like yes I do. I was like no you don’t she was like yes I do Jatavia Johnson a mess,” he wrote on Twitter.

The couple has been dating since 2019, and they have had their ups and downs. It appears they had a lover’s quarrel last month and may have even broken up, as JT tweeted that she was single. Many fans had speculated that she and Lil Uzi Vert were not on good terms.

Toni-Ann Singh isn’t just collaborating with her boyfriend, Popcaan, but she is also singing him sweet praises.

The former Miss World recently dropped her debut single “Next To Me,” a song with Popcaan that officially marks her entrance into the music scene. Toni-Ann Singh previously showcased her talent during her Miss World pageant when she covered Whitney Houston’s classic “I Have Nothing,” showing off her vocals and range. Her new song with Popcaan is a natural trajectory of what’s next for the beauty queen.

In a sweet message posted on her Instagram on Wednesday, Singh thanked Popcaan, whose real name is Andre Sutherland. She also thanked her production team and fans, who are overwhelmingly supporting the single.

“‘You know Popcaan? I’m where he’s from,’ I’d say proudly for yeeeears because I knew what you were,” Singh wrote. “An alchemist. A visionary. A Legend. A DIVINE talent, and a PROUD St.Thomas man. Both Popcaan and Toni-Ann Singh are from the parish of St. Thomas in Jamaica, which makes their love story all the more delightful. The two first popped up on the radar as a new couple in June when they jetted together to Grenada, where the dancehall star had a show. Since then, they have been inseparable and regularly popped up on Instagram together, cooking or just hanging out.

Meanwhile, Popcaan is currently working on his new album, Great Is He, due sometime early next year. His new song with Toni-Ann Singh, “Next To Me,” will be featured on the project. The OVO deejay is also gearing up for a big performance with Afrobeats star Burna Boy in Kingston next weekend.

Hurley and Grammer stars in romantic festive comedy “Christmas in the Paradise,” the fifth film set in the idyllic location of Nevis in the Caribbean and produced by MSR Media’s Philippe Martinez.

The film is set amongst the picturesque backdrop of Nevis, where viewers can take in the sights of the magnificent Nevis Peak, hear the clear blue sea, and imagine walking along the sandy beaches.

Written by Martinez alongside Nathalie Cox, the film follow’s Joanna’s (Elizabeth Hurley) plans for a quiet, cozy holiday season, which are shattered when her sisters call with the news that their dad (Kelsey Grammer) has been dumped by his fiancée and has disappeared to Nevis and is not responding to any calls. The sisters decide to go to the island to save their father and bring him home for Christmas. 

Upon their arrival in ‘Paradise’ they discover that their Dad, James, is actually living his best life: hanging out at beach bars, playing music with his famous friend Jimmy, living in a charming resort and participating in yoga on the beach, Nevis style, with the beautiful instructor. Will the sisters’ chaotic arrival shatter James’ newfound peace? Can the newly reconnected Christmas family survive a crazy Christmas?

The famous Nevis Sunshine’s Beach Bar & Grill and their Killer Bee drink makes an appearance on a family night out. The Killer Bee Rum Punch is a “dangerous yet addictive” drink according to Dad James.

Judge Ordered Nicki Minaj’s Husband To Settle Lawsuit With Rape Accuser

The civil suit brought against Nicki Minaj’s husband, Kenneth Petty, by his former rape victim Jennifer Hough has started, and the matter has been referred to mediation.

Mediation is a mandatory process in many jurisdictions before civil suits go through the court system to allow the parties to come to a settlement, mainly because suits tend to get settled later on in the court process, wasting valuable resources and clogging up the court system.

This week, Hough’s lawsuit was heard in court, and a judge referred the matter to mediation for the parties to see if it can be settled or if they still wanted to pursue it in court.

Hough, who was the rape victim in the 1994 case that saw Petty going to jail for raping her, sued Petty and his now-wife Nicki Minaj for unspecified damages claiming that the couple had harassed her by attempting to entice her with money and gifts to recant her rape allegation and allegedly intimidated her with threats and caused her emotional distress.

Minaj was later dropped from the lawsuit, but Petty and Hough remain in court and will now go through court-mandated mediation as directed by Judge James R. Cho.

“The case is referred to Court-annexed mediation,” the judge noted in the orders granted, according to Allhiphop. “Parties to select a mediator by 12/20/2022 and complete mediation by 3/6/2023. Parties may participate in the mediation remotely.”

The plaintiff and defendant will need to submit a “joint status report” two weeks after completing the mediation before or by March 20, 2023.

During this time, the judge’s order noted that the parties will also attempt to discuss a settlement of the matter and would be allowed to have “limited written discovery that would facilitate settlement discussions.”

If they are unable to find common ground or settle the case, the matter will then go to trial.

In the meantime, the judge also set court dates for disclosure on January 9, 2023, and in the meantime, as mediation goes on, discovery, expert witnesses, and other evidence must be concluded by September 5, 2023.

In the meantime, Petty has maintained that he was innocent of the charges and did not get a fair trial due to his age and being unrepresented. Earlier this year, an audio recording from Hough was also leaked, where she appeared to confirm the claims by Petty.

The husband of Nicki Minaj and father of her son, Petty Kenneth, is now suing the State of New York for his wrongful conviction. The rape case has been an albatross on Petty’s neck as he has been haunted by the regulations as a sex offender. Petty was sentenced to 1 year of suspended sentence at home due to failure to register as a sex offender when he moved from New York to California in 2019 to be with his wife.

Kanye West says he is a much happier man and is in love with life after losing all of his money.

Very few media outlets want to give Kanye West interviews these days because of his unpredictability, but there are still a few people who perhaps want to capitalize on his ability to go viral and will give him a seat, a camera, and a microphone for him to let loose. In his latest interview, Ye doubles down on his recent Hitler comment and seems to be defiant about picking a fight with the Jewish community.

Kanye West was asked if Jews helped him get rich, and his response appears to be yes, but then questioned where is all the money now. “Where is that money today,” he said. “Soon as I didn’t play by what they wanted to use my black voice for they froze everything in front of everyone. They took the IP, they smear me everyday, and I feel freer because of it. Am far happier and you know am just in love with life.”

Kanye West was recently kicked off Twitter after sharing a not-so-nice photo of an out of shaped Elon Musk before questioning if there is free speech on the platform. He also used his Twitter account to make wild claims that he caught Kim Kardashian with NBA player Chris Paul. Kim has since refuted the claim calling it a deliberate distraction from the mounting scrutiny Ye came under for his comments.

Where Ye goes from here is still uncertain, but he is adamant about running for president in 2024 despite the odds stacked against him. The G.O.O.D. Music rapper is also losing his friend’s support, including his close label associate Pusha T, who called his recent comments troubling.

St Kitts And Nevis Upgrades Its Citizenship By Investment Programme

News Americas, Basseterre, St. Kitts, Dec. 07, 2022: Saint Kitts and Nevis is boosting its local hospitality and tourism sector with investments received through its citizenship by investment programme.

This is according to the recently elected Prime Minister of the twin-island federation who concluded a four-day visit to Dubai, from 29 November to 3 December 2022.

Prime Minister Terrance Drew was in the state to engage with important stakeholders including high-level government officials, international investors, government-approved agents and promoters, who play a vital role in promoting and supporting the country’s recently upgraded citizenship by investment programme.

With the country’s citizenship by investment programme undergoing a facelift, Prime Minister Drew said the changes to the programme were not just superficial but would ensure that the programme achieved what it was designed for – strengthening St Kitts and Nevis’ economy.

Traditionally, the economy of the two-island state has depended on the growing and processing of sugar cane, but the impact of decreasing world prices on this commodity over the last few decades has moved the government’s attention to tourism, export-oriented manufacturing, and offshore banking.

Tourism is the mainstay of St Kitts and Nevis’ economy, with the United States, Canada and Trinidad and Tobago being some of its trop trade partners. The travel and tourism sector accounted for one-tenth of the gross domestic product (GPD) in St Kitts and Nevis in 2021 and it is estimated that roughly 200,000 tourists visited the islands in 2009.

With a revamped citizenship by investment programme that will be underpinned by better legislative and administrative oversight, Prime Minister Drew said he was confident that the programme would have even more impact on the country’s tourism sector.

The new cabinet aims to ensure that the destination continues to make strides towards the full resumption of tourism activity, including the return of airlift and cruise ship arrivals, with the ultimate goal of improving the quality of life of the people of the Federation.

St Kitts and Nevis is committed to enhancing its tourism presence and strengthening the economic impact of the tourism sector.

Recently during November this year, Wonder of the Seas, the world’s largest cruise ship, made its inaugural call to Port Zante in St Kitts and Nevis.  The ship from the Royal Caribbean Group brought along nearly 6,500 guests and over 2,000 crew members.  This cruise call has also been the fifth inaugural cruise call to St Kitts and Nevis since October 2022.

This year, on November 26, a superyacht named Evrima made its inaugural visit to the island sporting the finest amenities and affluent guests. Evrima accommodates 298 guests and is the first of the yachts to be introduced for the new Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection line. This event maintained St Kitts and Nevis’ reputation as an exclusive destination.

According to the CIA World Factbook, tourists, mainly Americans, come to the island via cruise ships via Port Zante in Basseterre, air travel via Robert L Bradshaw International Airport, and the private airport and private dock for private yachts. St Kitts and Nevis is also home to Brimstone Hill Fortress, a UNESCO world heritage site.

The country’s citizenship by investment programme has been instrumental in bringing globally renowned brands such as the Park Hyatt Hotel that has recently been launched in Christophe Harbour in Banana Bay. The country will be looking to use its revamped citizenship by investment programme to develop its hospitality sector further which is a major drawcard not just for tourists, but investors looking for legitimate offshore real estate products to buy into.

Part of the change process has seen consultations with various stakeholders in the St Kitts and Nevis CBI unit who will closely now monitor and ensure that real estate projects funded by the CBI programme are completed.  To this end, the government is also seeking out reliable and trustworthy developers who are ready to put capital behind creative and strong projects that will further enhance St Kitts and Nevis citizenship by investment offering. 

St Kitts and Nevis citizenship by investment programme stands as the oldest and one of the most trusted programmes of its kind. Since 1984, it has allowed investors and their families to legally obtain citizenship of one of the Caribbean’s most idyllic locations.

St Kitts and Nevis’ citizenship by investment programme has been pivotal in developing other important sectors such as healthcare, business, and education in the nation. With the help of the tourism industry and the citizenship by investment programme, the country has witnessed socio-economic development at a significant pace. Funds generated by the citizenship by investment programme will continue to aid the country in paving the path of development efficiently. Spending on infrastructure has made the country unrecognisable from only 20 years ago – for example there is a thriving cruise ship port complex, and new roads have been built to take pressure off traffic in Basseterre. 

Prime Minister Drew was accompanied by a delegation including Marsha Henderson, Minister of Tourism, Attorney-General, Garth Wilkin; Cabinet Secretary Dr Marcus Natta; Sylvester Anthony and Veira Galloway.
