Boosie Badazz Claps Back At Gabrielle Union Questioning If He Is Gay

Boosie Badazz wasted no time in responding to Gabrielle Union who questions if he is gay in resurfaced clip.

Boosie Badazz is not happy that Gabrielle Union called him out for constantly speaking about her gay stepchild, Zaya Wade. Boosie has been speaking on Dwyane Wade’s child Zaya who is born male but is seeking to transition as a woman

“So far so good, sorry Boosie,” Gabrielle says making a point on a recent interview.

Gabrielle Union-Wade then addresses Boosie whose regular talking points include his anti-gay rants about Lil Nas X being gay and influencing young men and Zaya Wade who has been transitioning as a woman.

“You’ve got a lot of dick on your mind. throwing that out there. It’s like Zaya and Little Nas live in his head rent-free in his head. it’s like sir, It’s something you want to go ahead and tell us? We can be your sanctuary,” she says while the show host Jemele Hill offers that there is a safe space for him to come out as gay.

Boosie Badazz has been called out in the past for being homophobic and targeting Lil Nas X with his homophobia as well as speaking about Gabrielle and Dwyane Wade’s allowing Zaya to express herself as a woman. It seems that Boosie got wind of the comments by Gabrielle and as expected went off on Twitter at the actress, calling her husband gay and insulting her as a “white girl”.

“Lol the whole world know I love women n the world know your husband love dick. I hope u don’t think blacks look at yall like a power couple. They dont. I had refused to talk about yall in interviews n hear you gogo bang him with that dildo n wait on a script u lil white girl,” Boosie wrote in a tweet.

“Woman u better leave me alone ??how dare u a challenge a ghetto heros manhood, u wrong smh I dont have the time for this, im tryin to have peace n my life n stay alive,” Boosie added.

Back in 2020, Boosie Badazz claimed that he was “offended” by Zaya Wade coming out as gay. In a post Instagram directed at Wade, he vehemently asked not to allow the surgery to remove his penis.

He has also continually spoken about Zaya and misgendered her chosen pronoun.

This is the first time that the Unions have addressed Boosie and rightfully so, the child has been under immense scrutiny due to a court battle by her mother to stop her sexual transition from male to female.

Aidonia’s nine-year-old son, King Khalif, has passed away. The couple has not confirmed the news about their son’s death, but friends and family members have reacted as they share condolences.

Aidonia, whose real name is Sheldon Aitana Ricardo Lawrence, is married to Kimberly Megan. The couple got married in 2016 when Khalif was two years old.

There are unconfirmed reports that the little boy may have been battling cancer. His father recently shared a message on Twitter that fans now think is connected to his son’s health. “Pray. Faith. Watch God Work,” he wrote on Twitter on November 27.

The names ‘Kim’ and ‘Khalif’ were adorned with crowns on his left breast.

Cardi B Flaunts Curves, Brought Out GloRilla At Miami Art Basel Show

Black Immigrant Daily News

Cardi B rocked the stage on Friday night at an event for Chase Sapphire last night in Miami, and the artist is ensuring that no one can play on her name.

On Saturday, Cardi B clapped back at a hater on Twitter who referred to her Art Basel performance as a “backyard” gig. The rapper chided the poster as she shared her invoice for the performance.

“I got payed 1 million dollars to perform at this elite bankers event private event for 400 people and only for 35 minutes, think about that when you type about this Grammy winner,” the artist replied.

The original tweet read, “Not the Grammy winner performing in someone’s backyard.” The invoice by WP Touring Inc. showed that the artist was to be paid 1,000,000 for the event held from November 23- December 3.

In the meantime, many fans seemed to enjoy Cardi’s set which included her inviting newbie GloRilla to the stage. The hip-hop artist showed off her body in a skin-tight nude and gold bodysuit that accentuated every inch of her and left nothing to the imagination.

The two artists performed GloRilla’s track “Tomorrow 2” featuring Cardi B. GloRilla was a little more dressed down than Cardi B with a blue long wig and a silver bodysuit.

Cardi B surprised fans by kicking things off telling fans, “I think my cousin is here” before GloRilla ran out on stage. Cardi B also shared that she loved GloRilla as she hugged the Memphis native.

Last month, GloRilla performed at the American Music Awards for the first time and she also brought Cardi B out as a surprise guest where they performed their track together.

On Saturday, GloRilla complimented Cardi’s performance.

“Cardi B performance & stage presence is Top Tier AF,” she wrote on Twitter.

In the meantime, Cardi B and Offset were also spotted the night before out in Miami, where she supported her husband Offset at an early-morning performance at E11EVEN club in Miami.

The Migos rapper paid special homage to his cousin Takeoff, who was killed last month. This was his first performance since Takeoff’s death.

Takeoff’s Murder Suspect Patrick Xavier Clark Arrested And Charged

Black Immigrant Daily News

The content originally appeared on: Urban Islandz

Takeoff’s family is one step close to getting justice as Houston Police announced a major breakthrough in the case.

Houston Police Department Chief Troy Finner revealed in a press conference on Friday that they arrested Patrick Xavier Clark, 33, and charged him with murder, CNN reported. As previously reported, Cameron Joshua, 22, was also arrested and charged with a crime unrelated to Takeoff’s murder. Joshua, also known as Lil Cam, is facing charges of unlawful carrying of a weapon. He was rumored to be a suspect in the killing of the Migos rapper, but his lawyer denied the claims saying he was not the one who fired the fatal shot.

Takeoff was killed on November 1 in Houston, Texas, after what was initially reported as a shooting over a dice game. Police have not made an arrest as yet or named a suspect, but a week ago, several blogs online claimed that Lil Cam was Takeoff’s alleged killer as they referenced his recent charges for illegal possession of weapons.

Lil Cam, whose real name is Cameron Joshua, was slapped with a charge of felony unlawful carry of a weapon on November 22. According to prosecutors at his recent court hearing, the 16-year-old rapper was spotted on surveillance footage outside of the bowling alley brandishing a gun when the shooting occurred.

Lil Cam is said to be among the group of people that were hanging with J. Prince Jr.’s Mob Ties Records crew that was at the crime scene the night Takeoff was killed.

Despite the prosecution’s claim, the D.A.’s office has not said whether they had plans to charge Lil Cam for the shooting.

“We believe Cameron Joshua has been appropriately charged in this case,” lead prosecutor Matt Gilliam said after a court hearing this week. “And we’re continuing our investigation into the death of TakeOff.”

In the meantime, Christopher Downey, the lawyer representing Lil Cam, said his client was not responsible for Takeoff’s death as he addressed the reports online.

“I haven’t seen anything to suggest that Cameron Joshua had anything to do with the shooting, that he discharged a firearm that caused [TakeOff’s] death or was he even involved,” Downey said. “My understanding is there was some type of skirmish,” he added.

The lawyer added that his client is alleged to have had a gun when the shooting took place and a witness statement said he had been identified as having a firearm with allegations claiming that he was seen re-racking his weapon.

His lawyer confirmed that he was at the event where Takeoff was shot, but the lawyer highlighted that legally there is a difference between carrying a gun and shooting as he stressed his client’s innocence.

In the meantime, Lil Cam was on bond for a previous matter of possessing a fake ID. His bond was revoked, and he remains in custody until a decision is made about his freedom at a bond hearing next week.

The lawyer also hinted that his client may “decide to” later give information about the actual shooter, but he did not go further to explain his statement.

“I’ve talked to him. He wants bond. He wants to get out. He wants to clear his name. We will discuss [who the shooter is] with the DA.s office if he decides to,” the lawyer told reporters when asked if he knew who shot Takeoff.

In the meantime, Houston Police Chief Troy Finner last month promised that said he had promised Takeoff’s family to ensure that the family gets justice for the senseless killing.

He also responded to critics who lamented the slow progress of the investigation, saying he does not want to send family members for a roller coaster ride and then potentially have to clear up inaccurate information.

How Will The Call To Return-To-Office Impact Digital Nomads In The Caribbean Islands

Black Immigrant Daily News

News Americas, NEW YORK, NY, Fri. Dec. 2, 2022: Although remote work dominates workplace trends, surveys show that about 50% of companies will require their workers to return to the office full-time next year.

Among the numerous employees affected by this change are digital nomads who prefer to work away from traditional offices. But as more companies implement this regulation, digital nomads will have to make the necessary adjustments to accommodate both their work and their desired lifestyle. So how are digital nomads, particularly those in the Caribbean, going to deal with this transition?

What Does This Mean For Digital Nomads?

Even if some people are slowly willing to return to their office, most of the surveyed remote workers still want flexible work arrangements. In fact, an article by Paul Davidson revealed that 73% of fully remote workers said they would probably find another remote or hybrid job if their companies didn’t offer a compromised flexible work setup. However, this might be a problem for some individuals because the number of organizations providing remote work arrangements is declining. In the same report by Davidson, they also explained how companies are becoming less concerned that they will not fill jobs if they lose people because of the return-to-work policies. Because of this, digital nomads currently staying in the Caribbean will have to decide between abandoning their remote work lifestyle or quitting their jobs.

Moreover, the looming economic slowdown is another problem that digital nomads will have to face. In an article on the liabilities of remote work, experts shared that the era of remote work might come to an end soon. This is because a survey among US hiring managers indicated that 60% of employers said that remote workers are more likely to be the first group of employees to be laid off in the case of unfavorable market conditions. But since there’s still a global skills shortage and more job openings than eligible candidates, authorities believe that most employers will eventually have to make concessions. It just shows that there’s a possibility that companies will allow remote work arrangements to keep business operations steady and growing amid the economic downturn.

No matter where individuals prefer to work, whether at home or in the Caribbean, employees should be retained at all costs, especially if they have the skills and competencies to accomplish their tasks.

Digital Nomads Are Boosting The Tourism Industry

Besides helping corporate businesses survive, digital nomads are also boosting the tourism industry with their lifestyle, particularly the ones traveling to the Caribbean Islands. Indeed, our previous report explained that digital nomads have significantly helped the region increase its tourism economy. This is partly due to the Barbados Welcome Stamp project in Barbados, where remote workers from around the world can get a one-year visa to relocate and work on the island. Since this encouraged digital nomads to come to the island, other regions from the Caribbean like Bermuda, Antigua and Barbuda, and Anguilla have also launched their own programs of offering visas to remote working digital nomads.

Even if the idea of working on the island surrounded by nature and the ocean waves sounds appealing, this type of lifestyle will be affected once companies strictly implement a back-to-office setup. However, this doesn’t completely mean that digital nomadism will become obsolete. As workplace trends continue to change, favoring flexible work arrangements, working on the beautiful island of the Caribbean is still possible.

Shenseea Says ‘Bob Marley Bigger Than Michael Jackson’ Igniting Debate

Black Immigrant Daily News

The content originally appeared on: Urban Islandz

Shenseea ignited a heated debate after tweeting “Bob Marley is bigger than Michael Jackson.”

The dancehall singjay knows how to stir the pot and get her fans going, and she’s done it again with the controversial comparison of who is the bigger artist in the form of Bob Marley or Michael Jackson. Shenseea made the statement on Twitter on Thursday, which has now gone viral. The statement saw many Americans opposing the view, while some Jamaicans agreed with her.

Bob Marley is a legendary reggae artist who is well-known for his music of peace and love and who continues to influence generations of people when it comes to Rastafarianism and reggae music. The artist’s music was made in an era where he challenged the status quo, including the Apartheid conditions in South Africa, and his music continues to be regarded in the same light as the Marley legacy continued by his children ensures that the artist’s music lives on.

On the contrary, Michael Jackson often referred to as the ‘King of Pop,’ is also a very popular artist known around the world for his infectious music and dance. The artist continues to influence the younger generation who push his music and style in the likes of Chris Brown and others, and this year, his third and biggest studio album, Thriller, turns 40 years old, something fans have been raving about in memory of the certified hitmaker.

Shenseea’s statement elicited great debate as many of her fans made points to either disagree or agree with her.

Shenseea / Twitter

“Bob Marley’s status is ‘Legendary.’ Michael Jackson is the ‘King of Pop.’ 100 years from now people will still be listening to Bob’s music because their lyrics will always be relevant. Can’t say the same about MJ. It’s 40 years since Bob’s passing and he’s still current all over,” one fan wrote.

“Michael jackson’s music will definitely be alive 100 years from now as well because there are people who still listen to him. his music is timeless,” another fan offered to counteract another fan.

It seems that some fans also had jokes’ with one fan leveling the argument by posting a screenshot that revealed that both of the artists were 5 feet 7 inches tall each, so none was “bigger” than the other.

“Influence is Measured in Different Ways. There’s a Hair Style Called ‘Bob Marley,’ There’s No Such Hair Style as ‘Michael Jackson’ There’s a Day Called ‘Marley Night,’ No Such Day as ‘Jackson Night’ I Can Also Tell You That Marley’s Best Track is More Popular Than MJ Best Track,” another fan said.

Bob Marley / 56 Hope Rd

“She said bigger. Not more famous. Bob had two public attempts on his life simply because his influence. MJ never had to weather that storm. Nobody was starting riots with the police because of MJ. Nobody was throwing teargas at MJ concerts bcuz his music was affecting the govt,” another fan wrote.

It seems that many of Shenseea’s fans agreed with her. The dancehall star has not commented on the topic since sending out the tweet late Thursday evening, but some supporters of Michael Jackson think she might be a bit biased towards Bob Marley since they are both Jamaicans.

Both MJ and Bob are two of the most impactful musicians in history, and despite their early deaths, both are still having a lasting impact on the world through their music. But one may argue that Bob Marley’s universal message of peace, love, and unity resonates with people on every continent of the world. The reggae legend’s music of uplifting was also a refuge for a lot of people during the global pandemic, as evident in the massive increase in streaming of songs like “One Love” and “Redemption Song.”

Michael Jackson might’ve sold more records than Bob Marley, but the Jamaican legend vastly outshines the King of Pop in impact and influence.

Perhaps a Bob Marley and Michael Jackson Verzuz can settle the debate.
