LETTER: Apua Needs to do Better When Opening the Building

I went to pay my bill at the Apua village walk branch on monday 14th Nov , the workers were outside waiting .

The building was opened at 7.59am by what seems to be the supervisor when their supposed to be opened for the public at 8am .

Why is the establishment being opened at 7.59 am??

I am asking the heads of Apua to do better . Mr Robin Yearwood teach your staff to be on time and stop opening so late .

Stop wasting time .
