A woman is now dead after she was shot at the intersection of Hagley Park Road and Rainford Road in St Andrew on Monday afternoon.
The woman, who has not yet been identified, was shot by unknown assailant/s about 2pm. Her attacker fled the scene.
She was rushed to hospital where she was pronounced dead.
The police are now on location and have cordoned off the scene.
